"I was introduced to disc golf by my dad in 2013 when I was 11, and I played in my first PDGA tournament in 2016. As a 15-year old in 2017, I was runner-up in the Michigan State Disc Golf Championship MA1 division.  In 2018, I was again runner-up in the Michigan State Disc Golf Championship MA1 division, and I finished 2nd to Silas Schultz in the NextGen National Championship. While I am very proud of these accomplishments, they taught me patience, focus and determination, and gave me a will to win which culminated in my record-setting win at the 2019 US Amateur Disc Golf Championship. Playing for Team Discmania was a dream come true for me. For years, I've watched videos of Simon and Eagle, and tried to tried to learn everything I could to play like them. I've set some lofty goals for myself and I know being a part of Team Discmania will help me reach them."
